Joe Sutton, CEO of CAMS said: “CAMS looks forward to working together with a highly experienced and capable team like Endeavor as they develop power generation facilities in Africa. This agreement combines the capabilities of CAMS in the areas of asset management and operations and maintenance with the financial, development and in-country expertise of Endeavor and represents a total team solution to the emerging need for electric power in Africa.”

Sean Long, CEO of Endeavor said: “We welcome the opportunity to team up with CAMS.  They provide world-class environmental, health, safety, operations and maintenance asset management services to more than 8,000 megawatts of gas fired, combined cycle, simple cycle, coal, combined heat and power and hydroelectric power generation facilities in the United States and Latin America.
