Release--Remote Support for Software and Diagnosis from LCM Systems

Load cell manufacturer and supplier LCM Systems is now able to offer its global clients remote support for its comprehensive range of software, used as part of sophisticated sensor systems. Thanks to propriety software, LCM’s in-house design engineers will be able to quickly, securely and efficiently access customers systems to directly resolve customer support issues, including initial calibration and remote diagnosis.

“Until now, our engineers have been advising our overseas customers either via the telephone or email.” explains Steve Sargeant, Managing Director at LCM Systems. “Although this has worked well, sometimes it can cause confusion as we can’t actually see the problem and explaining it can sometimes be difficult. Now, our engineers can directly access the system, resulting in any problems being quickly resolved, enabling the customer to concentrate on their particular application.”

LCM Systems design and manufacture high quality load cells, load pins and load monitoring instrumentation systems. We can help solve your application problems with one of our standard products or with a bespoke solution. We pride ourselves in building a successful and close working relationship with all our customers, with the aim of establishing a strong commercial and technical link, to the benefit of both companies.
