Jacka Resources Ltd.’s farm in agreement with Petrosoma Ltd. for a stake in the Odewayne Block in Somaliland has been given ministerial approval. Under the terms of the farm in Jacka will earn a 50% interest in the block by funding 100% of the next 18-month work program.

The Odewayne Block lies in the southwest of Somaliland and covers an area of some 22,000 sq km.

An aggressive work program is scheduled, starting with acquisition of an approximately 5,000 sq km land gravity survey in Q2 2012.
