ENGLEWOOD, Colo--IHS Inc, the leading global source of information and analysis, today announced it has completed the closing of its acquisition of GlobalSpec, Inc., the leading specialized vertical search, product information and global access point providing critical digital information tied to key Product Engineering and Design workflows for seven million engineers, from Warburg Pincus LLC for $135 million.
