Data Room Opening Relating to the 4th Bid Round

On 10th September, the Data Room relating to the 4th Bid Round was opened in the presence of a number of concerned NOC managers and experts. The electronic data room (VDR) was launched on the internet on 9th September 2007 at 4.30 pm, where the number of visitors (investors and companies) browsing and completing registrations until 1200 hours on 10th September amounted to 22 companies. Some companies have already begun purchasing technical information through this data room.
This is the first time NOC has provided technical data in this manner, where companies register and select the required date through a specific website, all of which is considered the beginnings of offering technical data for public purchase.
