Egypt’s international tender to lease a third FSRU has resulted in expressions of interest from several firms. The firms include Norway’s Hoegh, US firm Excelerate Energy and Singapore-based Norwegian gas shipping company BW Gas, according to a Reuters report.
The tender for the FSRU with a capacity of 750 Mmcf/d was launched by the country’s state-run firm in charge of natural gas, EGAS.
