Forte Oil Talks Refining

There could be a boost in refining for Nigeria in the works. According to reports, indigenous firm Forte Oil is in talks to form a strategic partnership for local refining of petroleum products.

CEO Akin Akinfemiwa said Forte Oil was exploring partnerships and joint ventures for local refining of petroleum products. “We are aggressively pursuing M&A opportunities along the energy value chain,”Akinfemiwa told investors in Lagos.
