South Africa-indigenous energy infrastructure company, Sunrise Energy, opened an open-access LPG import and storage terminal, in Saldanha Bay. The $76 million facility will enable South Africa to import LPG in large quantities.
LPG import and storage terminalis a public–private partnership between Mining, Oil & Gas Services (Mogs) and the Industrial Development Corporation (IDC).
Mogs and the IDC are both shareholders in Sunrise Energy.
