Amerada Hess Announces Regular Quarterly Dividend on Common Stock

 PRESS RELEASE–NEW YORK, March 3 — The Board of Directors of Amerada Hess Corporation (NYSE: AHC – News) today declared a regular quarterly dividend of 30 cents per share payable on the Common Stock of the Corporation on March 31, 2004 to holders of record at the close of business on March 15, 2004.
