Caterpillar Acquired Kemper Valve & Fittings Corp. Expanding Cat® Well Service Suite of Product Offerings
Houston, TX – Caterpillar Oil & Gas is pleased to announce it has completed the acquisition of Kemper Valve & Fittings Corp. Headquartered near Chicago, Illinois, Kemper Valves & Fittings Corp (Kemper). manufactures a complete line of high and low pressure flow iron to the oil and gas Industry. Kemper has nine facilities located across the United States and Canada.
“This acquisition will increase Caterpillar’s product portfolio, expanding our existing suite of Cat® well service products,” said Dave Dunlevy, general manager of Caterpillar Oil & Gas. “With the expansion of Kemper products into our well service product portfolio, Caterpillar Oil & Gas will have the ability to sell engines, transmissions, well stimulation pumps, valves, seats and other related parts and now, low and high pressure flow iron.”
