CNOOC Joins Impact Oil & Gas on AGC Profond

Impact Oil & Gas’ subsidiary, Impact Oil & Gas AGC, reached an agreement with CNOOC UK Ltd. to farm out a 65% participating interest in a PSC and associated HJOA in the AGC Profond block.

The block is located in the offshore joint development zone between Senegal and Guinea-Bissau.

The block covers approximately 6,700sqkm in water depths ranging from 1,400meters to 3,700meters, and is located west of the Dome Flore and Dome Gea oil accumulations and south of the Cairn-operated SNE field discoveries.
