Gulmar Offshore’s DP2 construction vessel, the Gulmar Condor, is setting sail from the GoM bound for West Africa, Gabon specifically.
The vessel is heading for Gabon’s Port Gentil to work for VAALCO Energy under a charter with Dynamic Industries. The contract is good through mid-December, with the option for extensions.
The Gulmar Condor, equipped with a 120T AHC deep water crane, 1,100 m2 of deck space and 128 accommodations, will then remain in the West Africa region to work on the subsea spot market.
