Libya’s National Oil Corp. (NOC) has entered into a Distance Learning Agreement with the International Human Resources Development Corporation (IHRDC).
Under this Agreement, IHRDC will install a distance learning system, which will allow 300 users access at the same time through NOC’s main domain. 150 licenses are to be given to national companies, as well as NOC’s affiliates, in order to expand the user’s base of the distance learning process.
IHRDC will provide training and workshops on the application of such system.
