Longreach Files for AIM Pre-Admission

Longreach Oil & Gas filed a pre-admission announcement regarding the company’s intention to join AIM, the London Stock Exchange’s international market for smaller growing companies.

Longreach appointed Arden Partners plc as nominated advisor and joint broker and has also appointed GMP Securities Europe Ltd. as joint broker in connection with the admission process.

It is anticipated that Longreach will be admitted to AIM on or around November 11
