GE’s Takadori Facility Almost Complete

Wednesday, August 31, 2016

The service facility being built by GE Oil & Gas in Ghana’s Takadori is almost complete. The construction of the facility is part of the firm’s preparations to support the West African country’s energy production.

The facility is scheduled for completion any day, with the first two subsea trees for the ENI’s Offshore Cape Three Points (OCTP) development due to  arrive in September.

GE’s support in OCTP development will help ensure Ghana has both the technical skills and infrastructure, as well as the capacity needed for the successful development of this area.
