Stanel Oil has completed its ultra-modern service station in Awka in Nigeria’s Anambra state. The occasion of the completion was honored by a visit from the governor of Anambra, Willie Obiano.
Governor Obiano, who first visited the site after the commissioning road construction and street lights projects in the area, applauded the Stanel Oil Chairman Stanley Uzochukwu for his effort in bringing such a significant investment to the state.
The facility will be officially commissioned in few weeks and the event is expected to be attended by many state governors, political, and business heavyweights from across Nigeria.
The Governor said the gas facility is the first of its kind in the history of the state and noted that the project would add great value to the state’s economy in particular, and the Nigerian economy in general.
