Sudan Calls on African Banks to Finance O&G Projects

 Sudan’s Minister of Oil and Gas, Dr. Abdul-Rahman Osman Abdul-Rahman, is urging the African banks to enter into the financing of oil and gas projects. The minister said that the projects would help achieve goals of the sustainable development. Abdul-Rahman referenced gas production used for power generation in West Africa to make his point.

During a meeting with the delegation of the East and South Africa Bank for Trade and Development bank and ministry officials discussed the importance of cooperation between the bank and the ministry.
