Afrique Energie Picks Up Panoro Shares

Gasol reported that one of its associate companies, Afrique Energie Corp., has picked up 23.6 million shares in Panoro Energy. These shares represent 10.06% of Panoro’s share capital.

Panoro Energy holds a minority stake in Nigeria’s OML 113 which contains the Aje field.

The company’s shares are traded on the Oslo Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol PEN.
