Angola LNG Suspension Over

Monday, December 24, 2018

Angola LNG is now back up and running, according to a report from Platts Global. The plant has been shut in on December 4. According to reports, the last ship to load LNG from the plant was the Malanje on December 4. Activities were suspended due to minor issues, according to a company statement.

Currently there are no ships ready to be loaded with LNG in the Soyo waters, but the Barcelona Knutsen and Gaslog Huston vessels are expected in the next few days.

Angola LNG normally loads five to six ships each month, thanks to its 5.2 million tons of LNG produced per year.
