BG Egypt named Khaled Kacem as its president, the company reported in a statement on July 26.
Kacem was previously general manager for Rashid Petroleum Company (Rashpetco), a JV company made up of BG Egypt, Petronas and Edison in Egypt.
Kacem replaces Arshad Sufi, who continues to be part of BG Group’s team in Egypt as company chairman, the statement said.
