Bomono Farm Out Agreement Extended

Bowleven reported that discussions regarding the farm-out for its Bomono PSC in Cameroon are progressing with Victoria Oil & Gas (VOG). The two firms signed a farm out agreement for the acreage in March of this year.

Both Bowleven and VOG are continuing to work with the government of Cameroon to advance the Bomono project.  Consequently, VOG has elected to exercise its option to extend the termination date of the agreement to December 31.
