Bourbon Confirms Crew Kidnapped Off Nigerian Coast

Bourbon confirmed that its crew of the Surfer 1440 was kidnapped off the coast of Nigeria on April 8.

The vessel was boarded by unknown persons and the three crew members, Nigerians, were kidnapped. An emergency unit based in Nigeria has been immediately activated.

Bourbon Interoil Nigeria is in contact with the families, and is keeping them up to date while offering support, supports, the company said.
