Bowleven Spuds on Bomono Permit

Drilling operations have commenced on Bowleven’s Zingana exploration well on the Bomono Permit in Cameroon.

The Zingana well is the first of two planned wells under the company’s 2015 exploration program. The second well, the Maombe, is currently being prepared for drilling.

Bowleven’s drilling program has been delayed due to mechanical and control issues with the rig fabric and equipment at the site, but these issues have now been resolved.
