Clontarf and Petrel Submit Ghana Work Program

Monday, October 17, 2016

Clontarf Energy and Petrel Resources have submitted a proposed work program for the Tano acreage offshore Ghanaian authorities. The new work program will form part of the ongoing negotiations regarding the terms of acquiring an exploration license for the Tano Basin acreage.

Clontarf’s directors look forward to providing shareholders with further updates, including specific geological information relating to the new acreage co-ordinates (which are also subject to final agreement) and the subsequent exploration plans, as negotiations progress.

At present, no assurances can be given that the ongoing negotiations will lead to a successful outcome.
