DualEx Energy saw its one-year extension of the Bouhajla Permit approved. The company reported that the Hydrocarbon Committee in Tunisia formally approved a one-year extension to the initial term of the permit. The term of the permit will now expire on April 29, 2014.
DualEx also said that the rig move and rig-up of the CTF-6 drilling rig is ongoing at the BHN-1 well site on permit. Drilling is anticipated to begin immediately after rig-up is completed.
The BHN-1 well will be drilled on the Bouhajla North Prospect to a planned total depth of 2,545 meters in order to evaluate a Cretaceous Abiod target.
