Edison and ENI Reach Agreement

France’s Edison has reached an agreement with ENI to revise the pricing formula on gas imported from Libya. The new price formula would apply to gas imported from Libya as of October 1 over a three-year period. Under long-term contracts, Edison imports 4 Bcm. gas a year from Libya.

The French-company also confirmed its core earnings target for this year of about €650 million euros.
