Energi Mega Persada Selling Buzi Stake

Energi Mega Persada A, is selling its 75% stake in Mozambique’s Buzi gas block, acquired in 2013. In 2013 the company acquired the stake for $175 million.

The company hopes to make a profit of 10% on the price according to a StarAfrica report.

The remaining 25% will stay in the hands of the Mozambican government’s oil and gas company ENH.
