Engen Hillside is the new home of the Engen Training Academy, located in Durbanville, Cape Town. The training center is geared to provide new Engen service station franchisees with practical on-the-forecourt training over a two-and-a-half week period as well as practical standards training.
In addition, the facilities provide existing Engen managers, franchisees and head office staff with a variety of courses on different aspects of the business.
The people of Durbanville also have a new-look Engen service station that boasts a diverse range of 24-hour convenience services including an Engen Quickshop, Corner Bakery and multi-branded ATM machines (ABSA and Standard Bank). The recently upgraded Engen Hillside Convenience Centre and
Training Academy officially launched on November 28.
The Engen Training Academy has a number of training rooms and expansive break-away areas that can be tailored to size and accommodates 22 delegates per course.
