Mozambique’s state run energy firm ENH and Russia’s Rosneft signed a MoU to cooperate in the energy sector. Igor Sechin, Rosneft president and chairman, ENH’s president Nelson Ocuane, and ENH director Paulino Gregorio signed the MoU at the 21st WPC being held in Moscow.
Under the agreement signed on June 16, the parties will look into areas of mutual interest and cooperation, including joint bidding in upcoming hydrocarbons exploration and production licensing rounds in Mozambique.
