Explosion at Gabon Oil Field

An oil tank at an Addax Petroleum production site in Gabon exploded on March 12. The explosion left six injured and one missing.

The cause of the accident, which took place at the company’s Obangue-East field, is unclear according to Addax. The incident is being investigated.
