Madagascar Oil has been in discussion with the executive committee regarding its blocks in Madagascar, specifically Blocks 3105, 3106, and 3107.
The company wrote to OMNIS officially requesting a two-year extension to the exploration period of each of the blocks. The letters to OMNIS were delivered on December 12 ahead of the scheduled end date of the current exploration period of December 14.
