Funds Budgeted for Modular Refinery in Nigeria

Missouri American Energy will spend $200 million to launch Nigeria’s first modular refinery. The refinery, to be located in the Delta state, will have a capacity of 20,000 bpd.

The $200 million has been budgeted by the company for the fabrication and installation of the components needed for the refinery. Another $200 million is also available for infrastructure development.
