Global Green Products and Dober Announce Partnership to Develop Solid Feeder System for Oil & Gas Chemicals
Innovative technology to revolutionize chemical treatment in oilfield applications
CHICAGO, IL – Global Green Products LLC (GGP), a leader in the green chemical movement within the Oil and Gas industry, today announced a partnership with Woodridge, IL-based Dober, a chemical production and technology company, to develop a solid product and feeder system for oil field applications. The system will utilize GGP’s proprietary green polymer
products for treatment of produced water in oil wells.
Dober has an extensive track record of providing innovative engineering solutions to enhance water treatment in a variety of industries. Chris Dobrez,President of Dober, stated, “We are very impressed by the innovative ‘water saving’ chemistries being developed by GGP. We recognize a unique opportunity to partner with GGP to apply our experience and success in controlled release technology to further advance innovation in dry polymer products to the Oil and Gas market.”
GGP has developed award-winning biodegradable scale inhibitors, corrosion inhibitors, salt inhibitors, and iron sulfide inhibitors that are reducing the environmental footprint of oil and gas operations. “The combined technologies of these two companies will provide a cost-efficient,
environmentally-friendly, low maintenance delivery system for every oil and gas well in the world,” added Larry Koskan, GGP President.
