Gharb Center Seismic Launches

SDX Energy launched a 3D seismic program in the Gharb Center in Morocco. The survey will cover an area of around 240 sq km.

The work is expected to take 45 to 60 days, and the data collected will be processed and interpreted in Q4.

“The launch of our 3D seismic acquisition program at Gharb Center marks operational progress across the portfolio. This will be the largest seismic survey in the Gharb Basin and we remain very optimistic about the results and its ability to provide additional exploration opportunities for our next drilling campaign in Morocco,” says Paul Welch, head of SDX.
