Libya’s state-run oil firm, National Oil Corp. (NOC), and Glencore entered into an agreement that extends Glencore’s deal with the state-run firm. The deal extends the position of Glencore as the sole marketer of one-third of the country’s crude production.
No further details were available and both companies declined to comment on the deal.
