Gulf Petrochem Group (GP) added a dedicated Africa and sub-Saharan Africa Trading Desk at its office in Rotterdam. Three dedicated professionals with extensive local market knowledge and sectoral experience have joined the Trading Desk to support clients in boosting trade with the promising markets in Africa.
Ngari Githitho has joined GP as Trader – Petroleum Products, East Africa, Yolanda Nell and Gert Nell have joined as Bunker Traders, South Africa in GP Global ARA BV.
Prerit Goel, Grou Director at Gulf Petrochem Group, said: “The addition of a dedicated Southern Africa and sub-Saharan Africa Trading Desk will further support our global client base providing them informed insights into the trading dynamics of the region. The new Trading Desk is underpinned by the extensive market knowledge of the three team members who have over 20 years of experience in the region.
