Gunmen Interrupt Prime Minister Vote in Libya

During a meeting to vote on Libya’s next prime minister, gunmen stormed in and started shooting, forcing the vote to be abandoned according to parliamentary spokesman Omar Hmeidan.

The spokesman told Reuters that several people had been wounded during the shooting started by gunmen linked to one of the defeated candidates for prime minister.
