SDX Energy, in its recently released Q3 report, revealed that given its successes drilling in Morocco its production is targeted to increase. The company said that with new customer tie-ins it is targeting gross production of 8-10 Mmcf/d of conventional gas during H1 2019.
SDX’s nine-well Moroccan drilling program completed on May 7 with the LMS-1 discovery. The company is now planning for the mobilization of equipment for a further drilling campaign in 2019, during which the LNB-1 and LMS-1 wells in Lalla Mimouna will be re-tested, with the remainder of the program’s targets coming from the recently acquired Gharb Center 3D seismic.
The company will complete the processing and interpretation of the 240 sq km of 3D seismic in its Gharb Center by late 2018/early 2019.
