The Abu Tifl field in eastern Libya has seen some of its gas production restored. According to reports, the field, shut in by protests two years ago, will also see a partial resumption of crude production soon.
The field, previously producing at a rate of 75,000 bpd, will see about 12,000 bpd of that come back online in the coming week or so. There was no exact figure given on the amount of gas that is currently flowing from the field.
