Libya to Aid Medco Reach Production Targets

Indonesian firm Medco Energi International plans on boosting production over the next five years to 100,000 boepd when several ongoing projects come online. One of those projects is in Libya.

Its Area 47 oil field in Libya is expected to reach production rates of 50,000 boepd and 47 Mmscf/d of gas, according to the company’s annual report.
