A force majeure will be declared on two oil ports in Libya in an attempt to stop fuel smuggling operations. According to a statement from Libya’s UN-backed government,the ports of Zawiya and Zuwara will be under force majeure.
No detail was offered in the statement on when the shut-in would come into effect.
