The Hariga port in eastern Libya was closed on April 12 due to bad weather according to an AGOCO official. The weather has caused tanker delays to for docking at the port to lift crude for export, the official told Reuters.
The weather is apparently not affecting the Zueitina port, also in the East, as it is expected to load two tankers in the coming days.
