Mart Confirms Receipt of Acquisition Funds

Mart Resources confirmed the receipt of all funds required to be paid by 1038821 B.C. Ltd. (Aquireco) to satisfy the aggregate purchase price to the Mart shareholders and certain transaction costs. The funds were paid to CST Trust Company, the depositary, in accordance with the terms of the arrangement agreement dated January 21.

Mart is currently working with Acquireco to complete all necessary closing arrangements on March 24, which is the Outside Date for the completion of the transaction.
