We are pleased to announce that Miranda Alliance was named the African Network / Alliance of the Year 2017 by the prestigious African Legal Awards in a ceremony in Johannesburg last week.
The Awards, organized by UK-based Legal Week, saw Miranda Alliance beat an exceptionally strong shortlist comprising some of the best known and biggest African, European and Global law firm brands.
The Awards jury nonetheless recognised the breadth of our reach across the more than ten countries we currently serve in Africa, the depth of our international experience – built over 30 years – and fundamentally, the strength of cohesion of the Miranda Alliance member firms and our ability to uniquely blend deep local know how with international levels of service. This award follows the ranking of the Miranda Alliance as a Leading Legal Network — Africa-wide in the 2017 edition of legal directory Chambers and Partners Global.
