The formation of a unity government for Libya will be delayed for a couple of days. According to a statement released by the presidential council, the body in charge of forming the government, progress has been made but 48 more hours were needed to complete the task.
Martin Kobler, a UN envoy said in a tweet that he “regretted” the delay. “Libya can no longer wait,” he said.
