Wellsite Rental Services Announces Company Formation
LAFAYETTE, La. (March 3, 2014) – Wellsite Rental Services, LLC (WRS), a comprehensive, rental equipment provider for the drilling and production sectors of the oil and gas industry, has announced its formation as a new company, said Kirby Arceneaux, WRS chairman.
Headquartered in Broussard, La., Wellsite Rental Services specializes in providing new and reliable rental products for drilling and production, said Kirby Arceneaux, WRS chairman.
WRS products consist of specialty multipurpose trailers, cooling and heating trailers, automated slips, pneumatic mud buckets, variable bore rams and other rental equipment.
Company founders include Arceneaux; Fredrick Fondren, vice president; and Jessica Roger, secretary/treasurer. With more than 50 years’ combined industry experience, they launched WRS to provide clients with new and innovative rental products while focusing on customer service and industry relationships.
“I am proud to be a part of this new endeavor and eager to compete in this sector of oil and gas arena,” said Arceneaux. “Our team understands the importance of delivering reliable and trustworthy services as well as cost-effective solutions, and our goal is to build a first-class service organization for our clients, shareholders and employees, resulting in successes for all.”
Wellsite Rental Services will be announcing additional staffing, investment and product lines in the near future.
