New Energy Minister for South Africa

Seven months after the latest ministerial reshuffle, South African President Jacob Zuma is once again changing the energy minister. The new head of this portfolio is David Mahlobo. Mahlobo previously held the position of Minister of Homeland Security.

MmamolokoKubayi, who Mahlobo took over for, returns to the communications portfolio.

During this new reshuffle, six ministries saw their leaders changed.
