Consolidated Infrastructure Group (CIG) subsidiary, Conco, has launched an operations and maintenance division to oversee its renewable energy projects specializing in wind.
The division will provide high voltage electrical substations and overhead high voltage cabling to form the national power distribution network. CIG CEO Raoul Gamsu said, “This new business will work with Conco, another part of CIG. We have gained experience as the leading independent supplier of high voltage on the continent.” He added that the division was created because there was a need to maintain the projects that have already been constructed by the parent company.
