The Nigerian independent company Pelfaco has just signed an oil production sharing agreement with the Congolese state-owned oil company (SNPC), on a block that holds an estimated 32 million barrels of crude. The contract is valid for a period of 25 years.
The Congolese Ministry of Petroleum said in a statement other important details would be made known during the initial development activities on the site.
Pelfaco mainly offers turnkey construction services in oil and gas, including project management.
