Numhyd Contracts GSP Jupiter

Grup Servicii Petroliere (GSP) was awarded an offshore drilling contract in Tunisia. The contract is for use of the company’s GSP Jupiter, a cantilever type mobile offshore drilling unit (MODU) which comes from Numhyd.

Numhyd is jointly owned by Tunisia’s ETAP and Algeria’s Sonatrach.

The rig is currently being prepped for the drilling contract in Cyprus and is expected to be mobilized shortly to the well site offshore Tunisia. The contract for the GSP Jupiter is for one firm well and one optional.
